Supervision

I qualified as a clinical supervisor with the Centre for Supervision and Team Development. This course was developed by Robin Shohet and Joan Wilmot and their seven eyed model emphasises the process of therapeutic work rather than the content.  There is also room for the content but it is a process led approach which I have found to be transformative and supportive. As well as private individual supervision, I work at both Re-vision and The Psychosynthsis and Education Trust in London as a group supervisor with trainee therapists. I am passionate about supervision and feel it can be used in all walks of life including teaching, law, social work and just about any setting to allow reflective working to support all of our best efforts.
